  9. roasted garlic - well you don't need a recipe as such ;-)
  10. one head of garlic per person
  11. cut off the tops of the cloves and the stem, about 1/4 inch in total
  12. put in a dish, sprinkle with salt and fresh herbs, drizzle over olive 
  13. oil
  14. bake in hot oven about 45 minutes - ie the same time as for the roast 
  15. chicken to serve it with ;-)
